About the project
Paris' most unexpected ceremony. JustMarriedBooth (JMB) invites couples, best friends and travellers into a booth for a quick, joyful little ritual: they answer playful questions, choose an AI-powered theme, and walk out with printed photos, a personalised certificate and a surprise ring box. Morpheon built the two things that make it work: the application that runs every booth, and the website that sells the experience before guests ever step inside.
Challenges & goals
JMB isn't a photobooth. It's a ceremony run entirely by software, with no staff on site, and every step has to work, every time. Each session had to move from the first question to the ring box without a hitch, across printers, payment terminals, ring dispensers and alarms, then report back to the team in real time. The experience also had to feel like a real ceremony: a complete world to design from scratch, with its own visual identity, screens, 3D avatars with their own stories and personalities, a master of ceremonies and the ceremony script, music, sound and voices, all telling the same romantic story. And the brand needed a website with enough charm to turn a novelty into a must-do Paris experience, ready before the first booth opened.

Challenges & goals
I've really enjoyed working with this team over the past year. They delivered a great website and a complete software program, and their professionalism and collaboration made the entire process smooth. Highly recommended!

Our solution
App Development with AI
We designed and developed the application that runs every booth: ceremony flows, quiz screens, AI photo themes and transformations, certificates and digital photo delivery by QR code, fully integrated with printers, cashless payment, the ring dispenser and alarms. We also built a back office to manage themes, AI prompts, coupons, sessions and maintenance mode, and an operations dashboard to run every booth remotely.
Experience Design
Guided, playful screens designed for an unattended booth, from the first question to the ring box, and a website structured around a four-step walkthrough, an FAQ and a press section.
3D Avatars
A cast of custom 3D avatars with a toon-shaded finish, their animations and personalities, and Reggie, the master of ceremonies who hosts the quizzes and the ceremony.
Music & Sound Design
The booth's full audio identity: a jazz-blues soundtrack, sound effects for every step of the ceremony and AI voice-overs in English and French, so each session plays in the guest's language.
WordPress Website
A cinematic landing page with scroll-driven storytelling that introduces the ceremony and turns curiosity into bookings. Its design and interactions earned JMB design awards.
Impact & results
The website went live in July 2026 and has since been recognised several times by international design awards for its creativity and innovation. Behind it, the booth application, a back office and an operations dashboard give JMB everything it needs to run its booths unattended. JMB starts operating in Paris in November 2026, with seven booths across the city.
Creative direction
The idea was simple: treat every screen as part of the ceremony. We created the whole JMB world from scratch. Deep red (#BD2734) and warm amber (#854E04) give it a tone that is romantic without being solemn, a Parisian wink rather than a wedding album. Inside the booth, the application carries that mood through pixel-perfect screens, 3D avatars with their own personalities, Reggie as master of ceremonies, a jazz-blues soundtrack and AI voices in English and French. Outside, a cinematic landing page tells the same story. Playful on the surface, rigorous underneath.
