Dr. Alexander Cuno is a Geneva-based surgeon specialising in advanced facial surgery, including primary and revision rhinoplasty. The goal was to create a multilingual WordPress site with a refined, discreet aesthetic that inspires trust, while standing out in a competitive medical market.

Brand Identity

We developed a full visual identity, including a minimalist logo based on the surgeon’s initials, a medical-inspired colour palette, modern typography, and visual assets for business cards and social media.

UI/UX Design

A clean, intuitive design was created on Figma, centred on discretion and clarity. Each page structure was optimised for patient reassurance and easy navigation, including clear CTAs for appointment booking.

Web Development

The site was built on WordPress with a customised Divi setup, multilingual configuration via TranslatePress, and integration of Calenso for online appointment scheduling. The 3D facial model was embedded to offer an interactive, standout element.

SEO Strategy

Keyword research and page-by-page SEO mapping were completed, along with optimised meta titles, descriptions, and H1 structures for the main strategic pages in three languages (FR/EN/DE).

SEO Copywriting

We structured and wrote the website content to align with the surgeon’s brand voice, ensuring it was informative, reassuring, and optimised for conversion. Each treatment page was tailored to patient intent, integrating keywords naturally while maintaining a premium tone.

Performance & Security

We implemented asset optimisation, caching, lazy loading, SSL security, anti-spam protection, and GDPR-compliant cookie management.

The new website positions Dr. Cuno as a leader in premium facial surgery in Geneva, with a distinctive, modern, and trustworthy online presence. The integration of a 3D model creates a unique patient experience, while the multilingual and mobile-optimised build ensures accessibility for local and international clients.

Creative direction

Alexander Cuno’s branding conveys elegance, confidence and exclusivity through a minimalist “AC” monogram and sophisticated typography, reinforced by a sober palette of black, white and metallics. Visual consistency across all media (cards, web, badges) ensures recognition and projects a prestigious medical image.

In terms of UX/UI, the design prioritises patient confidence with clear and approachable messages, an ordered hierarchy of information and a balance between the emotional (human images) and the technological (3D visualisations). The site, clean and sophisticated, uses elegant typography, high contrast and white space to convey calm and professionalism.

The big differentiator is the integration of an interactive 3D model that allows the different procedures to be explored in an innovative and didactic way. This reinforces the perception of modernity, transparency and vanguard, placing Dr. Cuno’s practice at a competitive and memorable level within the plastic surgery sector.
