About the project
Cosynex is not merely a recruitment agency; it’s a catalyst for career growth in the specialized sectors of IT and Finance. With a unique approach that transcends skill matching to include vision alignment, we were tasked with creating a digital identity as distinctive and effective as the agency itself.
Challenges & goals
Cosynex sought to harmonize disparate elements into a single cohesive digital identity. The ambition extended from seamless user experience design and compelling brand identity to linguistically targeted content and strategic SEO. The aim was to forge a digital presence that would resonate on an international scale and establish Cosynex as a global player in the recruitment sector.

Impact & results
Our efforts repositioned Cosynex as a distinguished recruitment industry player. The redesigned UI/UX elevated user experience, brand identity work boosted recognition, and targeted SEO amplified online reach, setting the stage for global growth.
Creative direction
Cosynex needed an identity that could do two things at once: communicate professionalism and carry the idea of connection between two parties, without either one overpowering the other. The solution came through typographic construction paired with semantic reinforcement, landing on a mark that reads as simple, powerful and genuinely conceptual rather than decorative. That same thinking then had to hold up across very different formats, business cards, CV templates, presentations, social media and the website, each one testing whether the identity actually worked or just looked good in isolation. It held up in all of them, which is what made the brand feel coherent rather than assembled piece by piece.
